We process all orders. Usually your details are delivered instantly but please allow
some extra time to receive your order.
How long does it take to setup?
You don’t need to be a technical person to install our services. We just ask you to
read the information properly. We provide you with complete instructions on how to
install and use on all supported devices. It takes approx 10-15 minutes to setup
then just login and start watching. If you face any difficulties just speak to our
live support team or join our support groups and our team will be happy to help.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We usually deliver the order instantly. But please allow upto 8 hours to receive
your email incase we have to process your order manually.

The Movies/Series I want to watch is not on my HobbStreams app how can i request?
Unfortunately, we do not take requests for Movies/Series for HobbStreams
subscriptions. If you are a big fan of Movies/Series we highly reccomend purchasing
our HobbStreams plan where you can request your own content.
What do I need in order to use your service?
All our plans require an internet connection above 15mbps which you can test here -
speedtest.net
You must also have a device to put the app on this can be a Firestick, Android box,
Android tablet, Smart TV, iPhone, Apple TV, iPad, PC/Laptop, Playstation/Xbox or any
other Android supported device. Everything is pre-setup on our side you just need to
login and start watching.
Am I able to watch HobbStreams on several devices simultaneously with a single
subscription?
Unfortunately, you won’t have the ability to do this with a 1 device subscription.
Using a single account for multiple connections will result in your IP address and
username being blocked. With that said, you do have the ability to buy an additional
connection for an extra fee or purchase a subscription that is not a "1 Device"
subscription
Is the content displayed in high quality?
IP networks are optimized to use the best connections possible so users can receive
high quality output. We maintain performance levels on our end to ensure the highest
quality possible on a regular basis. That being said all of our content is a minimum
of 720p.
