Why haven’t I received an Order Confirmation email?
In most cases, the email was received but went to your Spam.
This is a very common thing as most of us may already know.
Most of the emails that get filtered to the spam folder really are just spam. People would be annoyed if they had to manually filter through all these emails, so Internet service providers (ISPs) and email services (like Gmail) set up filters to automatically block spam emails before they appear in the inbox.
However, in some cases, our legitimate emails could also get swept up in these efforts to combat spam, as in our case.
We recommend that you check your spam folder if the email was not received in your inbox and then Whitelist the email address so that this issue does not reoccur.
To whitelist an email address just means you add them to your approved sender's list by just clicking ‘Report not spam’ (See pic below). This tells your email client that you know this sender and trusts them, which will keep emails from this contact at the top of your inbox and out of the junk folder.
